OUTDOOR PANORAMA SAUNA

Our highlight is is the outdoor panorama sauna made of natural spruce wood with a fantastic view into the Gleirschtal valley, this private sauna is guaranteed to provide you with a relaxing experience.

Our sunny guest garden offers comfortable seating and a beautiful view of the Gleirschtal, it's ideal for barbecue evenings or just enjoying the sunset.

• Free sled rental for our guests. We have a total of 6 sleds available, as well as a few plastic childrens sleds. An illuminated sledding track to the Gleirschalm hut starts almost directly from our door

• Mon, Wed, Sat evenings free of charge. We require advanced reservation and the sauna will be reserved just for you to enjoy!

• Delivered fresh daily directly from our local Ruetz bakery (with a minimum order value of 8,00€)

• For stays of two nights or more, valid for free bus rides to Kuehtai or Innsbruck (bus stop just 1 minute away)

GROCERY DELIVERY

• Orders can be made over the phone from the supermarket ADEG in Gries and will be delivered directly to our Alpine Apartments for 5,00 EUR delivery fee.

REST & RELAXATION

• Breathe in the fresh mountain air, drink the purest alpine mineral water direct from the tap. Listen to the silence at night and the birds in the morning. Find yourself away from everything, where the stars are clear and the forest is wild.

• With the most comfortable beds, all with memory foam toppers (also available for the pull out couches!) and multiple pillow options, you will be sure to sleep well.

• dozens of ski tours starting right from our front door. For suggestions, just ask your host who is also a member of the local Mountain Rescue team, or utilize one of the many flyers and ski touring books in the hallway.

TOBOGGAN RUNS

• Gleirschalm tobogganing starts right from our door and illuminated until 11:00 pm. Additional toboggan runs can be found in Kuehtai or Praxmar, see our "Activities" page for more information.

SNOWSHOE TOURS

• dozens of possibilities for snow shoe tours starting right from Alpine Apartments, including a weekly free guided tour with the Welcome Card.

TRADITIONAL TYROLEAN HUTS

• The rustic Gleirschalm hut or the higher, sunny Sonnbergalm with a fantastic view of glaciers and steep mountain pearks are  just a few of the countless and unforgettable excursions waiting for you.

HIKES

• Whether Summer or Winter, with wild, crystal-clear streams, dense forests, snow-covered glaciers, high mountain peaks - everyone gets their wish here, whether you are a mountaineer or just looking for relaxation. 

ICE CLIMBING

• for tips ask your host! Alex is an avid ice climber and can point you in the direction of the best spots in Sellraintal.

ALPINE LAKES

• the perfect place for a picnic on a hot summer day. There are dozens of small lakes around the area, depending how far you'd like to hike, some will offer complete sollitude, whereas others, such as the Hirschebensee are more popular but you can still find a solitary corner to relax :)

ADVENTURE PLAYGROUND

• Just a few minutes walk from the accommodation you will find an adventure playground, an almost fairytale spruce forest, offering you and your little ones the opportunity to really immerse in the Tyrolean mountains.

DAY TRIPS

• The provincial capital Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by car and is ideal for a day in the city. Or if you're feeling sparkly, Swarovski Crystal World is just 40 minutes away. :)
